I thought we should take a few minutes every fortnight just to keep you updated with things that are happening behind the scenes to ensure that all the courses are running smoothly and we all appear completely efficient and unflustered when you meet us at one of our events. I’d like to use this first blog entry to introduce the people you may have a phone or e-mail conversation with when you contact us to book or get more info about our events.
Elaine is our wonderfully efficient project administrator, she has the skills to deal with all our faculty and get them to the right places, on time and with their presentations. Brilliant skills!
Alli is the technician who ensures that all presentations work on the big screens at conferences and masterclasses, she also helps to get the equipment ready at practical courses and arranges with sponsors to get demo kit set up.
Fiona is our wonderful course development manager - the ideas lady! If you want a course designed this is the lady to speak to.
We hope to use this blog to get to know our delegates and give you more information about us in a more informal atmosphere. Please do share insights into our courses, things you enjoy and things you would like to see improved, share ideas and get to know more about life behind the scenes.
