Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees or board members of the South West Surgical Training Network (SWSTN). Participants will receive an entry into the prize draw upon completion of the training needs survey form Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The prize for the draw is a £250 voucher towards SWSTN courses, no cash alternative is offered. One prize will available for each 100 complete survey responses. The winner will be the first entry drawn, by an adjudicator, at random from each 100 applications. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the draw date, names of winners will be displayed on the SWSTN web page (www.surgicaltrainingnetwork.org). The competition will run from 12th January 2012 to 1st December 2012. The adjudicator’s decision is final. Promoter: South West Surgical Training Network, Yeovil District Hospital, Higher Kingston, Yeovil, Somerset, BA21 4AT. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person for each draw. Participants may enter more than one draw.
